Beginner's Luck Green Smoothie

  • 2 cups spinach
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup chopped frozen mango
  • 1 cup chopped frozen pineapple
  • 2 ripe bananas (fresh or frozen)


  1. Blend the spinach and water until smooth.

  2. Add the mango, pineapple, and bananas and blend again until smooth and creamy.
